NS2 Projects

NS2 Projects is a discrete event network simulator which contains various package tools to simulate network behavior. We offer NS2 academic project to create various network topologies and analyze various network behavior. We mainly implement NS2 to model new protocols like wire, satellite and wireless. By NS2 simulator, we transmit the network physical activities into events. To visualize output of network design we implement network animator in NS2.

Advantages of NS2 Projects:

We attain following factors in NS2 under M.Tech Projects are:

NS2 Projects Routing Protocols:

We use various routing protocols in more than 90+ projects with NS2 simulations are:

Dynamic Source Routing (DSR):

We use DSR to monitor route operation and used for packet transmission. During data transmission DSR verifies route for packet transmission. Source node dynamically discover route request when it want to send packet through route.

Destination Source Distance Vector:

We adopt DSDV which is a proactive routing protocol derived from IEEE papers to update routing with broadcast message. We use principal distance effect where location table are updated by frequency information and determine registered nodes. When network modified we trigger and update information.

Ad Hoc on Demand Vector:

While providing source node communication with destination node, source node initiate route discovery process. We maintain routing table and update routing information based on destination in each node.

Wireless Networks and Components:

We implement wireless network to ensure data transmission with various wireless routing algorithms and protocols. We described the following component of wireless network by NS2 are:

We operate access point with frequency spectrum and use 802.11 standard techniques. By access point, we convert Ethernet frame into 802.11 frames. It ensures availability and authentication for wireless clients.

We use wireless Network interface card with computer (or) workstation to associate wireless network. We measure available frequency spectrum among client connection by NIC which easily calculated by students.

We use Antenna to radiate modulated signal by air from wireless client which receive data on network. Every antenna in network defines gain, transit power, propagation pattern and bandwidth. We implement antenna to associate access point and clients.

We use various devices for network communication they are bridges, routers and repeaters. We implement wireless router with four Ethernet ports to ensure home and small office setting.
